Transformers Bumblebee 2010 Chevrolet Camaro Body Kit
The Camaro’s 3.6L engine also employs variable valve timing to optimize performance and fuel economy across the rpm range. It is rated at an estimated 300 horsepower (224 kW) and 273 lb.-ft. of torque (370 Nm). A six-speed manual transmission is standard with the 3.6L engine; a Hydra-Matic 6L50 electronically controlled six-speed automatic, with TAPshift control, is available.
The high-performance Camaro SS is equipped with a powerful 6.2L V-8, with a choice of a six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission. Manual-equipped models receive the LS3 engine, estimated at 422 horsepower (315 kW) and 408 lb.-ft. of torque (553 Nm) and is paired with a TR6060 six-speed transmission.
A new, L99 engine, based on the LS3, is used on automatic transmission-equipped SS models and also includes GM’s fuel-saving Active Fuel Management feature to improve fuel economy. The L99 is estimated at 400 horsepower (299 kW) and 395 lb.-ft. of torque (535 Nm); and it is matched with a Hydra-Matic 6L80 six-speed transmission. This combination delivers an estimated 10.2 L/100km of fuel consumption on the highway.
The 2010 Camaro exemplifies GM’s global development process. The design concept originated in the United States; engineering was directed by GM’s global rear-wheel-drive team in Australia; validation was conducted on roads around the world and assembly will take place at GM’s award-winning Oshawa Car Assembly Plant in Canada.
Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Body Kit
This 2010 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG is the first automobile built entirely from scratch by Mercedes-Benz’s Affalterbach-based performance division, AMG. As such, it shares its platform with no other Benz; it’s a clean-sheet, just-as-we-want-it effort from the team that’s been hyper-tuning regular Benzes for decades. The SLS is also the first production Mercedes crafted entirely in aluminum (excepting an extremely small number of custom-ordered 300SLs). The curvaceous aluminum body panels wrap around an all-alloy spaceframe. And, as you’d expect, the SLS presses down upon the earth with a commensurately feathery footprint, just over 3500 pounds by AMG claims. This 2010 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG has Two suspensions will be offered: a normal setup and a performance version with stiffer springs and shocks.
Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3
Mercedes has released a special racing version of their already really successful model, the SLS AMG which was dubbed Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3. The race model has received a full aerodynamics package that includes a new front bumper with a splitter, a new bonnet with a central cooling air vent, wider front and rear wings, new wheel arches and side skirts with integrated cooling vents, a smooth rear diffuser and of course, a GT-style rear wing.
The Mercedes SLS AMG GT3 is powered by a 6.3L V8 that was upgraded to deliver 600 HP. This engine is connected to a six speed racing transmission system with shift paddles mounted on the steering wheel and and an integrated multi disc locking differential.
The car received a double wishbone suspension made from forged aluminum with adjustable springs, shock absorbers, suspension height, stabilizers and even the track width and camber are adjustable. The C-pillars of this GT3 model have integrated standardized filler pipes for the fast refuel system during races.
Mercedes also installed a rack and pinion steering with a more direct ratio and speed sensitive servo assistance for better handling. The upgrades continued by installing high performance racing brakes. Inside, the luxurious interior has been stripped out to reduce the car’s weight as much as possible.
